You are receiving this courtesy notice because you have signed up to receive interim construction activity updates regarding the Cypress Point Community at 1800 Carlos Street, Moss Beach.
Ongoing and upcoming activities:
On-site Utility Infrastructure:
- On-site sewer and storm utility work is complete. Fire and domestic water utility work is ongoing. Joint trench work should begin in the next few days.
- Per guidance from San Mateo County Health (SMCH), next steps will be driven by the Regional Water Board after they complete the review of the lab results. The project will implement directions from the Regional Water Board once their review is complete and continue to follow the protocol set forth in the project’s Conditions of Approval.
- Building pad pours will continue over the next couple of months. Underslab plumbing, electrical, and structural foundation work will also be performed concurrently.
